Celia Catlett
Board treasurer, RETIRED GENERAL COUNSEL; ACTIVE BOARD MEMBER, ARTIST, AND MOM

Celia currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer of TurnPoint Services, a nationwide aggregator in the home services industry.  Prior to that, she was the General Counsel of Texas Roadhouse, a position she held for six of her nearly 15 years at the company.  Celia began her legal career in private practice in New York City with a focus on commercial real estate. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, and earned her juris doctor degree from Vanderbilt University.

Celia was named as the 2016 Enterprising Woman to Watch by Louisville Business First, and has been recognized as one of Louisville Business First’s 40 Under 40.

Celia currently serves on the board of Limestone Bank, a publicly traded company, and Mothers Esquire, a 501(c)(3). Her husband, Scott, is the Chief Legal and Franchise Officer at YUM! Brands, and she has three children. In her free time, she paints watercolors on a commission basis.
