Cleo Anderson

Cleo joined DCMA in 2008 and serves as the lead counsel to two primary organizations: Atlanta and Lockheed Martin Marietta. Her responsibilities include all aspects of support and advice concerning: personnel management, labor relations, ethics, contract administration, and aircraft programs. 

Prior to joining DCMA, Cleo was associated with two law firms, handling corporate litigation, before moving on to the legal department of a large municipal government. Cleo has successfully argued cases before trial courts, administrative tribunals and arbitrators, and appeals before the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Cleo is a graduate of Temple University and Boston College Law School. She currently lives in Smyrna, Georgia with her husband, two children, and one extraordinary cat.
